What's the difference between R99, R199 and R499? +
LE Standard (R99/mo) is the entry tier — Travel Assist, Debt Clear, R2,500 Grocery Discounts, Smart Shopper, Mental Wellness and Payment Advance. LE Booster (R199/mo) adds Funeral Assist (R10k cover), an Income Booster module, and a higher per-member commission rate on every level of your network. LE Investo (R499/mo) is the wealth-builder tier — 60% of your fee (R300) is deposited into a managed JSE share portfolio in your own name, plus Funeral Assist (R15k cover) and Investo Club access. Most members start at R99 and upgrade once their network is paying for it.
Is iPasella Club a legitimate business? +
Yes. iPasella Club (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African company. Travel Assist runs through Flexibreaks (operating for 25+ years). The Debt Clear program has been active since 2007 (19+ years helping over-indebted consumers). Funeral Assist is underwritten by registered insurers. Investo Club uses a registered, licensed JSE-member stockbroker. Subscriptions are paid into iPasella Club (Pty) Ltd · Standard Bank · 31 044 044 0 · Current Account. Verify each provider yourself before you join — we encourage it.
What if I don't want to refer anyone? +
Totally fine. The R99/month gets you the full Lifestyle & Wellness benefit stack — R2,500 monthly grocery vouchers, Travel Assist, Debt Clear, Mental Wellness, Payment Advance access, Smart Shopper deals. Many members join purely for the savings and never refer a single person. The income side is optional — if you do want to refer, the comp plan is there for you.
How exactly does the R2,500 grocery voucher work? +
Each month you receive vouchers totalling R2,500 — split as R1,250 each for Checkers and Pick n Pay. Vouchers are issued on the 15th and valid for 30 days. Three ways to use them: (1) Download via the app on your smartphone, (2) Receive via SMS or print if you don't have a smartphone, (3) Share at the till when paying — the cashier scans the voucher and the discount applies. Each month, members also receive a list of discounted items so you can plan your shop around the savings.
How does Funeral Assist work and how fast are claims paid? +
Funeral Assist covers Funeral Cover, Accidental Cover, Commuter Cover and Repatriation. Cover amounts shown are for members only — family members can be added or upgraded for additional cover. To claim, you submit four documents: Death Certificate, ID Copy, Accidental Report (if applicable), and Claimant Information form. Claims are paid within 48 hours after all documents are submitted. The Funeral Assist FSP advises members on upgrades and additional services.
What is Investo Club and how do I actually invest? +
Investo Club is iPasella's ETF-based wealth-building benefit. Members are guided and connected directly with a Financial Service Provider (FSP). You'll have your own JSE account in your own name to buy ETFs from a predetermined portfolio managed by a registered, licensed JSE-member stockbroker. From there you can top up at any time or get advised on other portfolios and products. ETFs are a simple, low-cost way to grow your money over the medium to long term — your investment, your future, with FSP guidance.
What are Mental Wellness and Payment Advance? +
Mental Wellness gives members access to wellness resources and professional support to help maintain strong mental health — confidential, member-only. Payment Advance gives you fast access to cash when you need it most — for the surprise expense, school fee, or month that runs long — without payday-loan rates. Both are included from the LE Standard R99 tier upward.
How do I climb the rewards ladder (Club 100 → Club 10,000)? +
Each milestone is the total paid members in your network (across all 4 levels). When you hit 100 paid members you collect a R1,500 reward (R1,000 voucher + R500 LE Investo deposit). 500 = R3,000 in vouchers + merch. 1,000 = R5,740 + MSC Cruise. 3,000 = R11,000 + weekend car. 5,000 = R22,500 + MSC Cruise. 10,000 = R52,500 + permanent VIP Status. These are one-time milestone bonuses on top of your monthly referral commission, not instead of. Terms apply to all rewards.
Where are the head office sessions and Zoom meetings? +
Head Office Sessions: in-person presentations every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am at Corporate 66 Office Park, 269 Von Willich Avenue, Centurion. Book your prospects 2–3 days in advance. Monday Zoom Meetings at 8pm are weekly online — recordings shared in the WhatsApp group. Local venue meetings currently run in Soshanguve and Alexandra, with more cities planned for 2026. What's the 10×10 Challenge and how do I take it? +

Yes — anytime. Most members start at R99 LE Standard, see the savings land first, then upgrade once their network is paying their fee back several times over. Upgrades unlock the higher per-member commission rates, larger funeral cover and (at R499) the JSE share portfolio.
How do I cancel? +
