Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, distributors, and community members who access or use UGCSA's website, products or services. By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms.

Products and services

• Product information is provided for informational purposes. Individual results from health and wellness products may vary.
• Distributor pricing is available to registered UGCSA community members only.
• UGCSA reserves the right to change prices, product availability and programme details without prior notice.
• All products comply with applicable South African consumer and health product laws.

Community membership

• UGCSA community membership is free and open to all South Africans.
• Members are responsible for their own conduct within the community and in their independent sales activities.
• UGCSA does not guarantee specific income results. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort and market conditions.
• Members may not make misleading claims about products or income potential when marketing UGCSA.

ImageOS platform

• ImageOS is a subscription-based platform at R999/month for founding members (first 50) or R1,697/month at standard pricing.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation removes access at the end of the billing period.
• Affiliate commissions are paid monthly for active referred subscribers.
• UGCSA reserves the right to modify platform features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Image SA or its subsidiaries. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

UGCSA and Image SA are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

Physical products

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be unopened and in original, undamaged packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return shipping costs are for the customer's account unless the error was ours.
• Refunds are processed via EFT within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or partially used.

Digital products and training

Digital products, done-for-you funnels, training materials and other digital assets are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded or used. This is because digital content cannot be returned once delivered.

ImageOS subscriptions

• ImageOS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
• We do not offer partial-month refunds on subscription fees.
• The platform setup fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once setup has commenced.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp on 071 673 2887 with your order details, proof of purchase and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 hours during business hours.

Our POPIA commitments

• Personal information is collected for a specific, lawful and clearly defined purpose.
• We process personal information in a minimal, lawful and transparent manner.
• We do not retain personal information longer than necessary for its original purpose.
• We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.
• We do not transfer your personal information outside South Africa without your consent or a lawful basis.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

As a data subject, you have the right to:
